I would like to welcome you to the website for Epona Books, one of the largest dealers in rare, collectible, out-of-print and sometimes just plain used dog books.

In business since 1982, I have enjoyed working with our many customers whether it be on building their collections on their favorite breed or hunting down a faintly remembered fiction book from childhood.

Horse books too...

In the past, Epona Books also carried well over a thousand titles on horses, and though our emphasis has changed, you will soon be able to roam our pages for horse books, though on a more limited basis, once again.

I try to fully describe the books and most of them have a cover picture online. If you need more information than what you see or want to know if the book contains information on a particular person, dog or topic, just email me.   We are continuously updating our stock and adding new books and even new categories so check back often.

If you can't find what you are looking for and would like to be notified when we get it in, please fill out the search form or send me an email. Authors and titles are helpful but if you can’t remember them, send me the information that you do remember and I’ll try and match it up.
